New Product Warranty Terms & Conditions
WARNING: Warranty is non-transferable. Purchasing from non-approved internet dealers, or second hand sources such as eBay and Craigslist, will make the buyer ineligible for the new product warranty.
A note about sellers on Amazon.com: Many re-sellers who sell through Amazon.com are not authorized dealers of Got Me Tipsy products. When purchasing Got Me Tipsy products on Amazon.com, it is important to note where the product is being "shipped from and sold by," which is stated clearly in the header for each product. A product sold as "New" on Amazon.com does not automatically qualify the buyer for the manufacturers warranty service. Please read the very important details below for more information on this policy.
All Got Me Tipsy branded products sold in "New" condition will be accompanied by a 45 day manufacturer's Limited Warranty, which covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period, as defined below.
This warranty is provided by the manufacturer, Got Me Tipsy Glassware & Gifts (or more simply referred to as "Got Me Tipsy"), and is valid for all product purchases from Got Me Tipsy managed web-stores, and Got Me Tipsy approved retailers, listing Got Me Tipsy branded products for sale in "New" condition only. This warranty is non-transferable and will not be honored for Got Me Tipsy branded products purchased from non-approved re-sellers, even if the product was sold as "New". Please see the section below titled "Who is an approved retailer?" for more information on approved retailers.
What does this limited warranty cover?
This warranty covers all new Got Me Tipsy products to be free of defects in material quality and workmanship for 45 days after the purchase date. If your product cracks, breaks, shatters, or the novelty logo smudges, runs, shows discoloration or any other unusual wear from normal and ordinary use, Got Me Tipsy Glassware & Gifts will replace the product free of charge, upon approval.
What will we do to correct the problem?
Upon verification and proof-of-purchase from a Got Me Tipsy managed web-store, or a Got Me Tipsy authorized retailer showing the date and location of purchase, Got Me Tipsy will send the customer an identical replacement product of the same design free of charge. This new product will always be shipped with a 2-day delivery shipping speed and from the USA. If the manufacturer requires a return of the defective product, prepaid shipping labels will be provided to the customer by the seller on record at the time of transaction, and at no charge to the customer.
What is the warranty period?
The warranty period is for 45 days after the date of original purchase. This warranty period is only valid from the date of the original product purchase, and does not restart after a qualifying warranty claim. Got Me Tipsy will replace a qualifying product a maximum of (2) times in total, as long as both claims are within the warranty period outlined above.
Who is an approved retailer?
A Got Me Tipsy approved retailer is a person or entity that has entered into a contractually binding agreement with the manufacturer, Got Me Tipsy Glassware & Gifts, which dictates the terms of "New" condition sales and pricing requirements. It is important to note that third party sellers are not automatically approved retailers by Got Me Tipsy Glassware & Gifts, and any retailer claiming to be "approved" should have signed documentation to support such claim. Got Me Tipsy Glassware & Gifts assumes NO responsibility for non-approved retailers selling our products in "New Condition" on third party marketplaces such as Amazon.com or eBay.com. All complaints of unauthorized retailers should be directed to the proper customer support channels at these marketplaces.
What do you have to do?
- For products purchased from Got Me Tipsy.com: To claim warranty service, please contact email@example.com.
- For products purchased through a third party retailer: Please contact seller at that marketplace to inquire about warranty service. The retailer will communicate with the manufacturer (Got Me Tipsy) on your behalf and provide you with further instruction. Should this seller attempt to not honor this warranty, please contact the marketplace customer service department immediately.
Got Me Tipsy Glassware & Gifts reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel this warranty service at their discretion, and at any time. In the event this warranty has been discontinued, please note that all Got Me Tipsy products will still be covered under the 30 day full refund policy as described elsewhere on this website, and under the return policy outlined on the third party marketplaces. Qualifying damage for warranty claims are subject to Got Me Tipsy approval and is not guaranteed. This warranty is non-transferable, and cannot be offered by any person or entity without the express written permission from Got Me Tipsy Glassware & Gifts.

Your Got Me Tipsy warranty will be invalid if you purchase from (and not limited to) the following list of unauthorized dealers. Always consult with firstname.lastname@example.org for the most complete and up-to-date list of authorized, and unauthorized, dealers.
